This Payment Policy applies to all bookings and services offered by Tresfecta Global F.Z.E (UAE Trade License No. 55810).
1. Advance payment
A 50% non-refundable advance payment of the total package price is required to confirm any booking that involves hotel reservations or tours. Bookings are considered confirmed only once the advance payment has been received and cleared.
2. Balance payment
The remaining 50% is due prior to the commencement of your treatment, at the latest upon arrival in Dubai. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of scheduled treatments and forfeiture of the advance payment.
3. Payment methods
All payments are processed securely through:
- Stripe — major international debit and credit cards
- Dedicated payment link — issued individually per booking by Tresfecta
We do not accept cash, cheque, or cryptocurrency for advance bookings.
4. Non-refundable policy
All payments made to Tresfecta Global F.Z.E are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Client-initiated cancellation or postponement
- No-show at scheduled appointments
- Visa refusal or travel restrictions
- Medical or personal changes of plan
- Missed flights or travel disruptions
By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable condition in full.
5. Services not included
Package prices do not cover international flights, travel insurance, UAE entry visas, or any personal expenses. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for these directly.
6. Currency & fees
All prices are quoted in AED (or USD equivalent where indicated). Any card conversion fees, foreign exchange charges, or bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
7. Receipts
An official receipt is issued by email after each successful payment. Please retain it for your records.
