These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, consultations, and services provided by Tresfecta Global F.Z.E (UAE Trade License No. 55810), hereinafter referred to as "Tresfecta", "we", "us", or "our".
1. Scope of services
Tresfecta operates as a dental tourism facilitator. We coordinate consultations, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and referrals to independent, licensed dental clinics and specialist doctors in Dubai. We do not own or operate any dental clinic. Clinical treatment is provided directly by the treating clinic under its own professional responsibility.
2. What is not included
Our services do not include international flights, airport-of-origin transfers, travel visas, travel insurance, or any government fees related to your entry into the United Arab Emirates. Clients are solely responsible for arranging and paying for these items.
3. Bookings & advance payment
A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm any booking involving hotel reservations and tours. The remaining balance is payable prior to the start of treatment.
4. Payment methods
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or through a dedicated payment link issued by Tresfecta. We do not accept cash payments for advance bookings.
5. Cancellations & refunds
All payments made to Tresfecta are strictly non-refundable. This includes the 50% advance payment and any subsequent balance paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation, no-show, visa denial, or change of plans. Please review the Payment Policy for full details.
6. Medical disclaimer
Tresfecta is not a medical provider. All treatment plans, diagnoses, quotes, and clinical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic and dentist. Any medical dispute must be addressed directly with the clinic.
7. Changes to itinerary
Hotel and tour arrangements are subject to third-party availability. In the event a booked hotel or tour becomes unavailable, we will provide a comparable alternative of equal or greater value where possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
